Business Development Associate

Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)

About the Role:

Bhanzu is hiring Business Development Associates to drive inside sales by engaging with leads, building strong client relationships, and closing enrollments aligned with our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with prospective customers via calls and digital channels
  • Qualify leads, pitch programs, and drive conversions
  • Manage CRM and sales pipeline effectively
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Represent Bhanzus brand with professionalism

Eligibility:

  • Graduation / Masters (20252026 pass-outs eligible)
  • 03 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

CTC:

6 LPA (3.5 LPA Fixed + 2.5 LPA Performance Pay)
