Business Development Associate
Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)
About the Role:
Bhanzu is hiring Business Development Associates to drive inside sales by engaging with leads, building strong client relationships, and closing enrollments aligned with our growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective customers via calls and digital channels
- Qualify leads, pitch programs, and drive conversions
- Manage CRM and sales pipeline effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent Bhanzus brand with professionalism
Eligibility:
- Graduation / Masters (20252026 pass-outs eligible)
- 03 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
CTC:
6 LPA (3.5 LPA Fixed + 2.5 LPA Performance Pay)
