Role Description
You will call warm leads who have already shown interest in Bhoomi Farms and convert them into paid B2C customers. You will also call past customers who have stopped ordering from our B2C website to win them back. This role will also involve providing excellent customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to overall business growth.
What you will do (day to day)
- Call new enquiries within the set time window, understand the need, recommend the right plan, and close on call using a payment link.
- Run structured follow-ups until a clear yes or no.
- Do renewal calls to expired customers. Understand why they paused, then restart them with the right plan and offer (as per policy).
- Update lead stage, next action, follow-up date, and notes after every call.
- Hit daily activity targets and monthly sales targets.
Targets and activity expectations
- 100+ dials/day
- Daily follow-ups completed on time
- Monthly membership target (set by manager)
Must have
- Comfortable with 100+ dials/day and repetitive calling
- Prior inside sales or telecalling experience preferred
- Clear spoken communication in English + your main customer language (add: Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, etc.)
- Comfortable with targets and daily review
- Basic Google Sheets or CRM comfort
Good to have
- B2C subscription selling (D2C, veggies, Fruits, etc.)
- Renewal or retention calling
- Insurance, Banking, Ed-Tech, Telecalling experience
Compensation (fill the blanks)
- Fixed: 35000 to 50000 / month
- Incentives: uncapped, paid on successful customer payments to Bhoomi Farms - yes
- Accelerator slabs after crossing baseline target - yes
Working hours and location
- Location: Bannerghatta Road-Nice Road intersection
- Work mode: Office
- Shift: 10 AM - 7 PM
- Weekly off: 1 day

Additional Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation

- Proven success and experience in Sales
- Ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
