Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Inside Lead Generation

Location: Noida Sector-63

Experience: 1 Years and Above (Inside Sales / Lead Generation / B2B Hunting)


Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Inside B2B BDM who can hunt new contacts from assigned account lists, generate qualified leads, and convert them into business opportunities through outbound efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and hunt new decision-makers within assigned accounts
  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and research tools
  • Qualify prospects and create sales-ready opportunities
  • Schedule meetings for sales and account management teams
  • Maintain lead data, activities, and pipeline in CRM
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets


Required Skills:

  • Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to research and build new contacts within target accounts
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups


Preferred Qualifications:

  • B2B experience in IT, UC, AV, or technology solutions
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of new contacts generated
  • Qualified leads per month
  • Meetings or demos scheduled
  • Revenue pipeline created
