Job Overview
As an Inside Sales Executive, your main job is to find new clients and sell our AI voice bot solutions. You will be the first point of contact for many customers. You don't need to travel for this job; you will work from the office/home using phone, email, and video calls.
Key Responsibilities (What you will do)
Generate Leads: Research and find potential clients who need AI voice solutions or telemarketing tools.
Cold Calling & Emailing: Call and email business owners or managers to introduce Astradial.
Give Demos: Explain our product features to clients over Zoom or Google Meet and show them how it works.
Follow-up: Keep in touch with potential clients, answer their doubts, and move them towards buying.
Close Deals: Negotiate pricing (within company limits) and get the client to sign the contract.
Maintain Records: Enter all call details and client information into our CRM system (like Zoho Bigin) daily.
Meet Targets: Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Requirements (What we are looking for)
Experience: 13 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or business development (B2B sales is a plus).
Communication: Good spoken and written English is a must. Knowing Hindi or other regional languages is an added advantage.
Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software quickly. If you know about AI or SaaS products, that is great.
Attitude: You should be confident, patient, and not afraid of hearing "No" from clients.
Education: Any graduate degree.
