Role Overview
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound enquiries and outbound follow-ups for our real estate projects. This role is responsible for lead qualification, nurturing prospects, and scheduling site visits, working closely with the on-ground sales and channel partner teams.
This is a high-ownership, target-driven role where consistent follow-ups and clear communication directly impact sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Qualification
Handle inbound leads from digital campaigns, walk-ins, and channel partners
Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective buyers
Understand customer requirements including budget, location, configuration, and timeline
Qualify leads based on defined real estate criteria
Sales Process & Coordination
Explain project details, pricing, floor plans, and amenities clearly
Schedule and coordinate site visits with field sales teams
Maintain continuous follow-ups to move prospects through the buying journey
Support the closure process by addressing basic objections and concerns
CRM & Reporting
Update lead status, call notes, and follow-up schedules in CRM
Track daily calling activity, site visit bookings, and conversions
Share feedback on lead quality, buyer intent, and common objections
Customer Experience & Compliance
Ensure professional and transparent communication with all prospects
Follow company-approved scripts, pricing guidelines, and compliance norms
Maintain data confidentiality and customer trust
Required Skills & Qualifications
1 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in real estate or construction
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus)
Experience handling high-volume inbound leads and structured follow-ups
Ability to work with targets and performance metrics
Good to Have
Experience with real estate CRMs
Knowledge of residential or commercial property sales cycles
Experience coordinating with site sales teams and channel partners
