Inside Sales Executive – Aluminium Doors & Windows

Location: Chennai

Experience: 13 years (relevant industry preferred)

Salary Range: 25,000 30,000 per month

Work Mode: Office-based | 6 days working

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support our sales operations for aluminium doors and windows. The role involves handling inbound leads, coordinating with field sales, preparing quotations, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth order closure from the office.

• Handle inbound sales inquiries from customers, architects, builders, and contractors
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable aluminium doors & windows solutions
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, and basic cost estimates in coordination with the technical team
• Regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients to close orders
• Coordinate with field sales, design/drafting, production, and dispatch teams
• Maintain CRM / lead tracker and update daily sales activities
• Support documentation: proforma invoices, order confirmations, and payment follow-ups
• Provide product information, technical brochures, and basic specifications to clients
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication

• 13 years of inside sales / telesales / sales support experience (preferably in aluminium doors & windows, faade, interiors, building materials)
• Good communication skills in English & Tamil
• Basic knowledge of aluminium profiles, glazing, hardware, or building products is an advantage
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Word, email communication
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups systematically
• Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset

• Experience in construction materials / faade / windows & doors industry
• Familiarity with reading basic drawings or specifications (added advantage)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good coordination skills
