About the Role
We are hiring anInside Sales Executiveto selldigital marketing servicesto business owners and decision-makers. This is anon-field sales rolefocused onvideo calls, phone calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and email communication.
The role requires someone with priorinside sales experience in a service-based industry, specially in digital marketing agencies or IT companies or subscription based service companies (or similar) having strong communication skills, and the ability to close deals through structured follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for digital marketing services.
- Conduct sales calls via phone and video conferencing tools (Google Meet / Zoom).
- Explain service offerings clearly to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads using WhatsApp, email, and calls.
- Close deals independently and meet monthly sales targets.
- Maintain lead data and follow-up status using Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal sharing and client onboarding.
What Were Specifically Looking For
- 23 years ofinside sales or consultative sales experience.
- Experience sellingservices(digital marketing / IT services / consulting / professional services).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with phone calls, video meetings, WhatsApp, and email communication.
- Based inMumbai / Navi Mumbaior willing to commute to Navi Mumbai.
- Must-Have Skills
- Inside sales experience (services preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.

- Experience working with monthly targets and performance metrics.
