Skills Required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in Inside Sales from Automation Industries.
- Should have complete sales knowledge of products selling process in Automation OEM/SI/PB
- Negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities Area's
- Handle new business enquiries and review constantly the customer feedback till order conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed personal quotas and sales targets.
- Establish new business opportunities.
- Interact with customers regarding their targets and requirements via email or phone.
- Provide the best available solutions for client project requirements
- Follow up on payments and dispatch statuses.
- Process purchase orders promptly and accurately based on customer requirements.
- Work on open sales orders and take necessary actions to close the transactions.
- Update booking, stock, and dispatch sheets
- Determine bidding guidelines and negotiate the best combination of price, quality, and delivery
- Negotiate prices, terms of sales, and service agreements with customers.
- Conduct monthly reviews of stock and ensure timely booking of orders
- Manage the SOP process.
- Document new suppliers and regularly update records.
Qualification
Diploma/BE/B.Tech - E& Tc/Electrical/Electronics & MBA or equivalent will be added advantage
