Skills Required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in Inside Sales from Automation Industries.
- Should have complete sales knowledge of products selling process in Automation OEM/SI/PB
- Customer Mapping
- Time management
- Negotiation
- Customer Support
- Relationship Management, Business Development, etc.
- Material import experience
KRA's
- Handle new business enquiries and review constantly the customer feedback till order conversion.
- Deal with customer on their main target and various factors via mail or phone.
- Process purchase order in system on time. Understand the customer requirements and taking proper actions to process ahead.
- Work on open sales orders and take required actions to close the transactions.
- Also deal with vendors for new product development as well as costing.
- Determine guidelines for bidding and negotiated the best combination of Price, Quality and Delivery.
- Negotiate prices, terms of sales and service agreements.
- Provide best available solution to client project requirement.
- Follow-up for payment and dispatch status.
- Update Booking, Stock and Dispatch sheet
- Monthly review of stock & book orders timely.
- Work with sales team to collaboratively reach targets, consistently meeting or exceeding personal quotas.
- New lead generation and pre-sales technical support
- Establish new business.
- Handle SOP process.
- Documentation of new suppliers and updating records time to time.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Qualification
BE/B Tech/ Diploma in E&TC /Electrical/Electronics & MBA or equivalent will be added advantage
