Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Data Research Specialist to support our outbound sales and growth initiatives. This role combines lead generation, data research, prospecting, and inside sales execution, requiring strong analytical skills along with hands-on experience in modern sales tools.


If you are experienced in building targeted prospect lists, using sales intelligence tools, and supporting cold outreach campaigns, this role is ideal for you.


Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct deep data research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other data platforms to generate qualified prospect lists.
  • Build, maintain, and enrich lead databases ensuring high data accuracy.
  • Support outbound sales campaigns through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Research decision-makers and map organizational structures for targeted outreach.
  • Manage and update CRM systems with accurate prospect and pipeline information.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Track outreach performance and prepare reports using Excel and CRM dashboards.
  • Maintain strong data hygiene and workflow processes.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or data research roles.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Apollo.io (or similar prospecting tools)
  • CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Knowledge of cold calling and outbound sales processes.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in B2B lead generation or IT services/staffing environment.
  • Understanding of sales pipelines, prospecting strategies, and account research.
