Role Description

We are hiring an Inside Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru (remote for now, with on-ground coordination as required). The role focuses on consultative, inbound sales - understanding customer needs, guiding them through custom furniture options, and converting enquiries into confirmed orders

Compensation and Salary

• 25,000 fixed salary
• 1% commission on sales
• Earning potential: 35,000 45,000 per month (and higher with performance)
• Clear scope to grow with the company as we scale

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert inbound customer enquiries via calls and WhatsApp
• Understand customer requirements, budgets, and timelines
• Follow up proactively and own closures end-to-end
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
• Visit factories periodically to gain hands-on product and process understanding
• Contribute to improving sales processes and customer experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and confidence in customer interactions
• Experience or interest in sales / business development / inside sales
• Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Results-oriented mindset with good organisational skills
• Prior experience in furniture, interiors, or home dcor is a plus (not mandatory)
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
