We are hiring: Senior Sales Manager Salesforce Consulting
Location: Noida (In-office role)
Market Focus: North America
Experience: 8 to 12 years
At SDLC Corp, we are expanding our Salesforce consulting practice and are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a strong track record in selling Salesforce implementation and consulting services in the North American market.
What you will do
Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
Drive sales for Salesforce implementation, customization, and consulting projects
Generate and qualify leads through outbound efforts, partnerships, and inbound channels
Engage with CXOs, IT heads, and business decision-makers across North America
Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals
Lead pricing, negotiations, and deal closures independently
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
What we are looking for
Proven experience selling Salesforce implementation and consulting services
Strong exposure to the North American market with successful deal closures
Ability to manage the entire sales lifecycle independently
Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and services
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience selling IT services or digital transformation solutions is a plus
Good to have
Experience working with Salesforce consulting partners
Existing network of North American clients or partners
Familiarity with enterprise RFP and procurement processes
Salesforce certifications
