Responsibilities:

Experience – 12+ Years Job Description · Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of data platforms using Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, and Azure · Engage directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable data solutions · Drive adoption of lakehouse architectures, data engineering best practices, and AI/ML modernization · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders · Define and enforce data governance, security, and performance standards · Mentor and grow a team of data professionals; contribute to practice development Ways to stand out · Architect scalable, cloud-native data platforms · Master Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, and Azure ecosystems · Bridge business needs with technical solutions · Champion data governance and AI-ready pipelines · Lead client engagements and transformation programs

Mandatory skill sets:

· Deep expertise in Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Services, and Google Cloud Platform · Strong experience in data architecture, pipeline design, and cloud-native engineering · Hands-on with Spark, SQL, Python, Delta Lake, and streaming frameworks · Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements, workshops, and solution presentations · Experience with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks · Strong understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, and performance optimization

Preferred skill sets:

· Certifications in Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or GCP · Experience with AI/ML integration, data mesh, or data fabric architectures · Familiarity with SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Business Objects · Strong communication and stakeholder management skills · Experience in project delivery, proposal development, and practice building
