IN-Senior Manager – Project Manager – SAP-Advisory - Gurugram

Job Description & Summary

We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. *Responsibilities:  

• Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices. 

• Align project goals with the organization’s strategic objectives. 

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. 

• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation. 

• Identify and allocate resources needed for projects and ensure their effective deployment. 

• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness. 

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. 

• Monitor project risks and issues and implement corrective actions. 

• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders. 

• Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and successes. 

• Lead, coach, and motivate project team members to achieve project goals. 

• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. 

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. 

• Conduct project evaluations and assess results. 

• Evaluate and improve PMO processes and tools. 

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning. 

*Mandatory skill sets  

• Proven experience in managing large, complex projects. 

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. 

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. 

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
