Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account and Engagement Manager to oversee and manage client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, managing project teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure alignment with project delivery

2. Project Delivery:

- Oversee and manage the delivery of projects from inception to completion.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

3. Engagement and Communication:

- Develop and maintain a communication plan to keep clients informed of project status, changes, and challenges.

- Facilitate meetings and discussions with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and progress.

4. Account Management:

- Identify opportunities for account growth and work with sales teams to expand business within existing accounts.

- Prepare and present regular account reviews to clients and senior management.

5. Performance Monitoring:

- Track and report on key account metrics, ensuring that client satisfaction and engagement levels are met or exceeded.

- Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Masters degree in CS Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Engagement Manager, or in a similar role, preferably within a delivery-focused environment.

- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools. Like JIRA and Asana.

-Stong understanding of Project Financials. Margin, revenue, WIP etc.

Desired Skills:

- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

- Experience in [Managing large Scale Multi Million Account.].

- Ability to understand and manage client expectations effectively.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-Worked on managing and delivering Salesforce based projects and programs.

-Well versed in Agile Scrum methodology. CSM certified is preferred.

-Experience in managing Banks and NBFC client engagement.

-Understands Salesforce ecosystem.
