Job Description & Summary: Experienced SAP Fieldglass Senior Associates with a strong background in SAP implementation experience in multiple Projects with strong knowledge in design.

Responsibilities:

· System Configuration & Implementation: Leading end-to-end implementation, including requirement gathering, configuration, and testing. · Contingent Workforce Management (CWM): Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of contractors and temp workers, including time and expense processing. · Services Procurement (SOW): Tracking SOW-based projects, deliverables, and milestones to ensure compliance and cost control. · Worker Profile Management: Maintaining standardized records for non-employee workers, ensuring compliance with security, certifications, and onboarding/offboarding tasks. · Support & Integration: Providing L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, and integrating Fieldglass with SAP ECC/S4HANA. Required Skills and Qualifications · Experience: 4-9+ years of experience in SAP Fieldglass with at least one full-cycle implementation. · Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Fieldglass modules (CWM, SOW), integration with SAP systems, and proficiency in API or middleware (e.g., SAP CPI/PI). · Certifications: SAP Fieldglass certification is often preferred. · Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills for handling system bugs and data inconsistencies.
