Responsibilities:
- Supporting client accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
- Acting as a point of contact between the company and its clients.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on client accounts to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on account analysis to support business development initiatives.
- Assist in building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Update and maintain company dashboards, ensuring all data is accurate and readily accessible
- Generate regular reports from dashboards to provide insights to management and stakeholders
- Oversee the management of client sourcing portals, keeping client information up-to-date and organized
Mandatory skill sets:
- Proven experience in account management or sales operations.
- Account Management experience, expertise in Salesforce activities
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, Reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and client sourcing portals is a plus.
Preferred skill sets:
- Understanding of sales processes and strategies for pipeline development
- Capacity to conduct thorough market and account research to support strategic decisions.
