Job Description & Summary: Our Risk and Quality team identifies and assists internal teams to mitigate and control client engagement risks. As part of the team, you’ll provide advice to business teams within PwC on sound contract provisions, standards and approaches in accordance with PwC policies, principles and standards.

Responsibilities:

Understand business service offerings > Understand Advisory client & engagement acceptance processes, & compliance to the same > Review proposals, contracts and related documents, as per R&Q guidelines > Assist business teams to address and close procedural queries > Work with other Risk, Quality, Indep & Legal teams as required > Draft Monthly MIS/reporting as per the internal guideline > Create and update FAQs > Support compliance check points > Deliver assigned work products under strict deadlines while maintaining quality of work delivered as per standards set > Interact with the Business teams to understand risks and explain rationale of risk processes > Work with business to update/create processes/procedures/methods as needed > Provide support in various Advisory R&Q activities like communications, process improvement ideas, special projects driven by R&Q advisory > Arrange and conduct standard trainings for business teams > Working under guidance of the SBU RM leads and escalate issues promptly

Mandatory skill sets:

Understanding of client and engagement acceptance processes in PwC Advisory > Advisory client service work experience is a must > Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical thinking skills > Open to learning and is comfortable to work in a changing environment > Meticulous, committed attitude and an eye for detail > Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines, maintain quality of deliverables
