Job Description & Summary:. We are seeking a professional to join our Cybersecurity and Privacy services team, where you will have the opportunity to help clients implement effective cybersecurity programs that protect against threats, drive transformation, and foster growth. As companies increasingly adopt digital business models, the generation and sharing of data among organizations, partners, and customers multiply. We play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients are protected by developing transformation strategies focused on security, efficiently integrating and managing new or existing technology systems, and enhancing their cybersecurity investments.

Responsibilities:

1. B. Tech. / B.E. / Any Bachelor’s degree 2. 5+ years 3. Location- Delhi/NCR [Central Delhi and/or Saket area] 3. Full-time client location 4. Strong knowledge of Design Thinking, User Experience, etc. 4. Hands-on experience of UX related tools 5. Experience in translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. 6. Experience on design thinking- converting vision to output by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences, design and deliver wireframes, mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces with user-centered design approach.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

1. BCA / B.Sc. / MCA / BE / B.Tech. 2. 5+ years overall experience 3. Certification- ISO 27001/ ISO 20000/ ISO 22301 4. Location- Delhi/NCR [Central Delhi and/or Saket area] 5. Full-time client location 6. Experience of leading certification exercise (ISO 27001/ ISO 20000/ ISO 22301) at least one project where such certification was awarded to clint 7. Experience in IT Audits and/ or IT control testing 8. Proven ability to drive conversations on audit outcomes 9. Proven ability on managing / front-ending projects 10. Program management experience 11. Role- a. Work as part of Program Management Unit full time and assist in operations. b. Record, track and present issues/ action items c. Coordinate with client vendor teams for status updates d. Evaluate internal controls that safeguard assets and make recommendations e. Assess business processes within organizations to identify improvements related to the accuracy,

efficiency, reliability, and quality of the process and the resulting products and services. f. Communicate the findings, best practices, and recommendations to senior management.
