Job Description & Summary:

Responsible for driving automation and integration initiatives across business functions, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), SharePoint, and modern automation tools. The role requires strong expertise in project management, business analysis, and requirement gathering, with a focus on designing and implementing scalable automation solutions. The ideal candidate will also support the adoption of advanced productivity tools, including Copilot, to enhance operational efficiency and digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering and business analysis for automation and integration projects.

• Architect, implement, and maintain solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Co-pilot) and SharePoint.

• Drive automation initiatives to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Support the enablement and adoption of productivity tools such as Copilot.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

• Develop and maintain automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability of automation solutions.

• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.

• Document processes, develop user guides, and facilitate change management.

• Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards in all automation and deployment activities.

• Monitor and optimize system performance, proactively addressing issues to ensure reliability and scalability.

Mandatory skill sets:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation, business analysis, and project management.

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Co-pilot) and SharePoint.

• Experience with requirement elicitation, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement.

• Demonstrated proficiency in any scripting language is considered advantageous.

• Experience with application support and troubleshooting.

• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
