Job Description & Summary:

A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity. This role requires strong skills in information security, coding, and enterprise resource management.

Responsibilities:

Core Job Responsibilities

Use tools like Azure DevOps/VSTS to validate requirements, deploy, and troubleshoot deployments in stage and production environments.
Work with code management tools such as GitHub and demonstrate knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tooling and deployments.
Manage resources and secrets using Entra ID; experience with Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
Implement containerization solutions using Docker.
Create scripts using Linux shell or PowerShell to automate processes.
Analyze and write queries in Datadog to understand returned data.
Communicate effectively to drive continuous performance improvements with stakeholders, vendors, and technology specialists.
Establish secure and high-performing data platforms; maintain stage and production environments.
Develop proactive monitoring and alerting capabilities across the platform.
Review and enhance system health and capacity.

Mandatory skill sets:

Knowledge of development languages such as Java, PHP, or Python, and database technologies such as GraphQL, MS-SQL, or PostgreSQL.
Experience in configuration management with tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Salt.
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM.
