Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design & Implementation
· Design and implement SAP RE-FX solutions focused on Contract and Lease Management (CLM).
· Configure RE-FX CLM components including lease-in/lease-out contracts, Right-of-Use (ROU) assets, service charge settlements, and rent condition adjustments.
· Ensure compliance with IFRS 16 and ASC 842 lease accounting standards.
· Develop functional specifications, perform configuration, testing, and deployment of lease and contract management processes.
2. Lease & Contract Lifecycle Management
· Manage the full lifecycle of lease contracts: creation, renewals, terminations, and critical date tracking.
· Automate postings for lease liabilities and depreciation.
· Implement workflows for contract approvals, notifications, and early terminations.
3. Integration & Financial Reporting
· Integrate RE-FX with SAP FI, CO, and FI-AA modules for financial postings, cost allocations, and asset accounting.
· Ensure seamless data flow between RE-FX and other SAP modules.
· Support financial reporting and analytics using SAP BW/BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.
4. Real Estate Portfolio Management
· Maintain master data for business entities, rental objects, and contract objects.
· Manage occupancy statuses and pricing structures for lease units.
· Integrate with SAP DMS for document management and archiving.
5. Migration & Data Management
· Lead migration of lease data from legacy systems (e.g., NAKISA) to SAP RE-FX.
· Develop and execute data migration strategies including ETL processes.
· Validate migrated data for financial accuracy and compliance.
6. Reporting & Dashboards
· Implement custom reports and dashboards for lease contracts, revenue tracking, space utilization, and financial KPIs.
· Use SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for real-time insights and alerts.
7. Training & Support
· Provide end-user training and post-Go-Live support.
· Create technical documentation and best practices for ongoing system maintenance.
