Responsibilities: 

• Conducting financial research for insurance industry and creating insightful data for competency teams 

• Conducting industry analysis, company analysis and competitive bench marking 

• Conducting deep research on the relevant topics of financial sector and prepare point of view documents 

• Navigating key research tools and databases for creating analytical outputs 

• Liaison with internal teams for sharing sector specific knowledge and helping them with necessary details for creating the document 

• Providing necessary inputs to create prospective focus areas and business strategies for internal teams to support them for business development 

• Creating relevant MIS for the internal teams 

Mandatory skill sets: 

• MS office skills/ Power Bi/ Research Tools 

• Ability to read and comprehend various industry specific research paper 

• Analytical skill with specific database knowledge 

• Digital awareness 

• Understanding of financial services 

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both oral and written 

• Ability to influence/persuade stakeholders 

• Proven ability to work in teams effectively 

• Proactive and robust thought process 

• Meticulous and committed attitude with an eye for detail
