RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising – Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. 1. Maintain the uptime of DMC, Inspection and Testing machines, Strong process and program knowledge in SMT. [ 1. DMC and Solder paste inspection (SPI) machine make (Kohyong)
2. Automatic optical inspection (AOI) machine make (Mirtec, Viscom, Omron)
3. ICT In circuit test (IPTE Handler, SPEA, Agilent I3070, FPT)

4.Maintain PDCA for optical Equipment's.

5.Elimination of repeated problem in testing and Inspection process.

6.Implementation of best Practice and Process Improvement.

7.Quickly identify part failure issues in station, conduct in-depth investigations to find the RC and provide permanent measures

8.Leading discussions with process Owner and CoC for non-solving problem

9.Take responsibility for spare parts management, ensuring availability and readiness Manage obsolete spares efficiently.

10.Participate in design reviews, providing input on testability and reliability aspects.

11.Working on the Modification or Improvement of the vision stations

12.Process Expert has to lead a topic where engineers need support

13.Evaluate and integrate new automated testing tools/jig and methodologies.

14.Analyze test results and provide feedback to process owners and  product development team.

15.Co-ordination with Process owner for improvement activities 

16.Quick Adaption of Change Management.

17.Create Machine FMEA and review. Change potential points into CBM.

18.Knowledge transfer and Lessons Learned deployment across the team members.

19.RPP measure implementation for productivity and process improvements (e.g. Tool life extension, Tool/Spare parts localization )

20.Proactive identification of potential quality risks / Breakdown  and containment / correction work on Predictive action.

21.Implementation of Digital systems in Maintenance like i4.0 solutions, AI/ML,BOT,RPA,Predictive Maintenance, etc.

3 to 8 Years of experience in Testing & Optical Breakdown Maintenance worked in Electronic manufacturing industries

Diploma in E&E/ E&C / Mechatronics

Should have worked in Electronic manufacturing industries
