Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising – Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. RBAI also produces products for eMobility like MCU (Motor control Unit), C-Box (Communication Box), VCUs (Vehicle Control Unit), Central gateway modules and is geared up for other futuristic products. RBAI with its diverse portfolio, not only caters to local markets, but also exports products to all major global customers. Job Description
Logistics IT and Innovation team play a pivotal role in reshaping the future of logistics through Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), low-code development ,Robotics & Industrial Automation and data analytics. As a part of your role, you will lead automation initiatives that drive operational efficiency, accuracy, and agility across logistics functions.
In this role, you will also contribute as a data steward, ensuring high-quality, reliable logistics data, and support the maintenance and evolution of digital tools. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and operations, collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven, and intelligent logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. RPA & IPA Implementation in Logistics:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) solutions for logistics operations.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for RPA at RBAI, coordinating across teams to identify automation opportunities, manage implementation roadmaps, and ensure compliance with global standards.
Collaborate with process owners to streamline repetitive tasks and improve turnaround time, accuracy, and efficiency.
2. Low-Code Development:
Develop and maintain digital logistics tools using low-code platforms to quickly respond to business needs.
Translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly applications that support logistics processes and reporting.
3. Data Analytics & Visualization:
Use Power BI and other analytics tools to design dashboards, monitor key logistics KPIs, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Provide actionable insights from large logistics datasets to support operational and strategic initiatives.
4. Logistics Data Stewardship:
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of logistics data across systems.
Define data governance rules and support master data management for logistics processes and systems.
5. Technical Support & Software Maintenance:
Provide technical support for logistics applications and tools, ensuring smooth operations, minimal downtime, and rapid issue resolution.
Maintain and update existing software solutions in alignment with user feedback and changing business needs.
6. New Technology Implementation:
Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies relevant to logistics, such as AI-based forecasting, digital twins, or predictive analytics.
Lead the integration of new tools into existing systems with a focus on scalability, usability, and long-term sustainability.
7.Project Management execution
Handle complete project life cycle for Logistic innovation department from requirements detailing to handover
