Detailed Jd:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications, including:
- HR Case Management
- HR Knowledge Management
- Employee Service Center (Portal)
- Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)
- Employee Document Management
- Performance Analytics for HR
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with HRSM/HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Implement integrations with directories such as Active Directory using LDAPs.
- Work on integrations using Web Services, JDBC, and SFTP.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Establish repeatable processes for development, testing, staging, and production environments ensuring reliability and high availability.
- Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL standards.
- Ensure compliance with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
