Job Description & Summary – Tech Manager

Responsibilities:

Should have overall experience in the range of 6 to 11 years.

2. Should have hands-on experience of designing and implementing Data Management layer

3. Architect ETL solutions: Design end-to-end ETL solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

4. Data Modeling: Define and implement data models, schemas, and structures to support efficient data processing and storage.

5. Should have experience in processing Real time, near-real time and batch data through data store (ODS, DWH, Data marts etc)

6. Exposure to multiple ETL technologies (Informatica, DataStage, Talend etc), Database (Oracle, DB2, Netezza, SQL server etc) and Reporting tool (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI etc)

7. Hands-on experience in RDBMS.

8. Deep experience in developing data processing tasks using ETL tool such as reading data from external sources, merge data, perform data enrichment and load in to target data destinations.

9. Exposure to one of on-cloud or on-premise Data Lake would be preferred

10. Strong skills on data transformation

11. Exhibit strong techno functional capability that involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders from cross functional and technical backgrounds

12. Meet business user requirement by developing data management ecosystem

13. Experienced in end-to-end solution delivery with knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, ETL (backend development) for data transformation and application development

14. Problem solving and solution driven mindset requiring the ability to understand and convert functional requirements into an end-to-end technical solution

15. Well versed with SDLC with an ability to deliver code, test, fix issues and bugs, conduct and close UAT with business stakeholders

16. Ability to guide team in terms of data modelling, solution design, technical solution feasibility

17. Deep experience in developing data processing tasks such as reading data from external sources, merge data, perform data

enrichment and load in to target data destinations.

18. Experience in deployment and operationalizing the code.

19. Hands on experience with Snowflake/Redshift for AWS data marts or Synapse/SQL server for Azure data mart would be preferred

20. Improve functionality of existing systems

21. Integrate user-facing elements into applications

22. Working knowledge of application development involving backend (database), API and UI (front-end) code layer
