Responsibilities:

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-Utilities Specialist with experience in implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP IS-Utilities module. You will manage utility business processes, ensuring system efficiency and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: · Configure and oversee SAP IS-Utilities modules, including Billing, FICA, and Device Management, for efficient and accurate processing. · Lead business workshops and develop Business Blueprint Plans (BBPs) and Documents (BBDs). · Design core and customized business process solutions following industry best practices in utilities. · Communicate complex requirements effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Manage the delivery process from analysis to implementation and support. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system processes. · Monitor, report, and analyze system performance, identifying improvement areas. · Provide training and support to end-users for optimal system use. · Conduct testing, define test scenarios, create master data, and perform integration tests. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain high system reliability. Skills: · SAP ISU Module Expertise (Billing, FICA, Device Management) · Business Process Design and Configuration · Master Data Management (e.g., Business Partner, Contract, Installation, Device) · Effective Communication and Collaboration Preferred Experience: · Direct experience in electricity, gas, or water utilities. · Experience with third-party integrations, archiving, and batch processes.
