Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Datasphere solutions across business units • Architect and optimize data models for performance, scalability, and governance • Collaborate with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) teams to deliver integrated dashboards and reports • Manage ETL workflows, data pipelines, and real-time data provisioning • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all layers of the data stack • Mentor and g• guide a team of consultants and developers • Liaise with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Drive innovation in data architecture using SAP BTP, BW/4HANA, and hybrid cloud models •

Mandatory skill sets:

• 8+ years in SAP data warehousing, with 3+ years in SAP Datasphere • Strong command of SAC, BW/4HANA, and native HANA modeling • Proficiency in SQL, data integration, and performance tuning • Experience with agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Prior experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing client engagements

Preferred skill sets:

· SAP Datasphere certification · Exposure to SAP BTP, Data Intelligence, and predictive analytics · Experience in global delivery models and multi-region deployments
