In Workday programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale Workday implementation projects within an organisation. Working in Workday programme management will involve coordinating multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Workday solutions. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities: 

 

 

 

Design and implement Prism Analytics data models integrating across Workday modules. 

Integrate external data sources with Prism for comprehensive analytics. 

Develop complex dashboards delivering actionable business insights. 

Ensure data governance, security, and access management within Prism. 

Collaborate with integration teams to maintain data pipelines and refresh schedules. 

Optimize performance and scalability of analytics solutions. 

Build training materials and conduct user enablement sessions. 

Troubleshoot data or report inconsistencies proactively. 

Support continuous improvement initiatives using analytics insights. 

Keep up to date with Workday Analytics platform releases and best practices. 

 

 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

 

Prism Analytics  

Certified and experienced in Prism Analytics with minimum of 6 years relevant experience) 

 

Preferred skill sets: 

 

Certified and experienced in Prism Analytics with minimum of 6 years relevant experience) 

 

Years of experience required: 

 

  • Minimum 7 - 12 years of relevant experience  

  • Overall experience can vary between 7- 12 Years  

 

Education qualification: 

 

  • Work experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies preferred  

  • B.E/B.Tech + MBA  (optional)
