Job Description & Summary:.As an L3 Oracle IAM Resource, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and expertise in Oracle Identity and Access Management solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their IAM needs, design solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues. Your role will involve: 

Responsibilities: 

 

Serving as a subject matter expert on Oracle IAM products, including Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Unified Directory (OAAM). 
- Designing and implementing IAM solutions tailored to meet the specific requirements of our clients. 
- Troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical issues related to Oracle IAM products. 
- Conducting performance tuning, optimization, and vulnerabilities fix of Oracle IAM environments. 
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to deliver high-quality work. 
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Oracle IAM best practices and technologies. 

-Development experience of custom connectors, adapters, approval workflows 

-Very good Java programming skills 

-Having Experience on DR Setup. 

 

**Requirements:** 
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle IAM solutions. 
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle IAM products, including OIM, OAM, OUD, and SOA. 
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and federation. 
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. 
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. 

 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Unified Directory (OAAM). 

Preferred skill sets: 

 

Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Unified Directory (OAAM).

4-10 Years 

Education qualification: 

 

B.Tech/MCA/MBA with IT background/ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science
