Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Credit Card Offer Configuration Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our client’s top priority: new customer acquisition, specifically by driving sign-ups for new credit card accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for meticulously configuring credit card offers within the client’s proprietary systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities · Support the client’s Marketing team with the end-to-end setup of credit card offers. · Accurately follow detailed setup procedures, including defining base package details, reward syntax, and variables required to generate unique offer URLs. · Conduct thorough pre-live and post-release Quality Assurance (QA) on all configured offers to ensure flawless execution. · Provide project management support and assistance with troubleshooting system errors as needed, ensuring timely resolution.

Mandatory skill sets:

· Cognos Experience: Familiarity with Cognos analytics and reporting tools. · Aprimo Experience: Experience with Aprimo marketing resource management software. · Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. · Involved in coaching and training of new staff/analysts. · Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.

Preferred skill sets:
