Responsibilities:  

Creating new revenue streams with Asset-Lite, Knowledge-driven businesses - Set up Minception as separate company in M&M sector focused consultancy. - Led Prospect Innovation, an incubator eco-system of global Mining technology start-ups with solutions in AI, ML, digital, processing and energy transition. - Prepared growth plan focusing on revenue, capacity building and marketing. - Strategy formulation, Business Development, Acquisition & Alliances globally. Monitoring mineral commodity markets including critical minerals. 

Mandatory skill sets:  

strategy, transformation, M&A, Auctions, Market Assessment, Feasibility Assessments, modelling, Transactions, PPP, policy regulatory, project management, Digital Solutions for operation improvement, Public Policy Analysis and Evalautions, ESG and social impact assessments for utilisation of DMF, CSR and other funds.

Years of experience required:  

Experience: 10-14 years 

Education qualification:
