Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Lead: -

· Experience Required: 8+ Years

· Location: Pan India (Hybrid)

· Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for a Salesforce leader with a passion for transforming the manufacturing domain. Join us to spearhead Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and Omni Studio projects, guiding teams and delivering impactful solutions!

Responsibilities:-

• Strategic Solution Design: Architect scalable Salesforce solutions for Manufacturing Cloud with a focus on Sales Agreements, Account-Based Forecasting, and CRM analytics.

• Omni Studio Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of Omni Scripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, and Velocity Cards to enhance operational efficiency.

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead Salesforce implementations, including discovery, design, development, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Team Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, promoting skill development and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver tailored business solutions.

• Data & Security Governance: Implement robust data management, platform security, and compliance standards.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation by identifying areas for process optimization and leveraging the latest Salesforce features and updates.

Mandatory skill sets:

• · 5+ years of implementation experience on Salesforce and Force.com platform with at least 2 complete lifecycle implementations.

  · At least 2 years of experience of solutioning and designing applications on Salesforce and Force.com platform.

  · Excellent Salesforce programming skills (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and JavaScript frameworks.).

  · Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform and suite of Salesforce products.

  · Ability to design and provide solutions using Salesforce.com out of box features and custom development tools.

  · Extensive experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, including Sales Agreements, Account-Based Forecasting, and Revenue Recognition.

  · In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Omni Studio tools: Omni Scripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, and Velocity Cards.

  · Strong integration skills: REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and middleware tools like MuleSoft and Informatica.

  · Proven experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.

  · Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, including platform security, performance optimization, and governance

  · Proven experience in solution design, effort estimation and work breakdown for assigned tasks to support Agile practices.

  · Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

  · A good work ethic, passion for product quality and attention to detail.
