Job Description & Summary – Manager – GCP Data Engineer

Responsibilities:

Role : Manager Exp : 8--12 Years Location: Mumbai Job Description (Azure Data Engineer) Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for data management activities related to the migration of on-prem sources to cloud system using Microsoft Azure PaaS Services and Azure Cloud Technologies, including the creation and use of ingestion pipelines, data lakes, cloud-based data marts & data warehouses, cloud-based semantic data services layer. Desired Candidate Profile: -8 to 12 years of professional experience with working knowledge in a Data and Analytics role with a Global organization -2+ years of experience in Azure cloud infrastructure for data services -Experience in leading development of Data and Analytics products, from Requirement Gathering State to Driving User Adoption -Hands-on experience of developing, deploying, and running cloud solutions on Azure services like Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Lake Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Synapse. -Candidates with strong data transformation experience on ADF and ADB (Pyspark/Delta) are preferred -Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries and working with databases -Ability to acquire specialized domain knowledge required to be more effective in all work activities -BI & Data-warehousing concepts are must. -Exposure to Azure Synapse will be good -Microsoft Azure Data engineer certified candidates are preferred
