Injection Molding Manager / Technical Head

Role Summary:

We are looking for a senior Injection Molding Technical Head with strong PVC injection molding expertise, experience in the automobile or electrical fittings industry, and exposure to export-oriented manufacturing.

The ideal candidate should have worked in an OEM / automotive supply environment, handled international quality standards, and led plant-level molding operations with full ownership of process, tooling, quality, and productivity.

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years in injection molding with strong PVC processing experience
• Background in automobile components or electrical fittings manufacturing (mandatory)
• Experience in export markets (IATF / ISO / PPAP / SPC / CpCpk)
• Strong exposure to mold trials, tooling strategy, and process optimization
• Proven track record of improving OEE, scrap reduction, cycle time, and cost control
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage plant-level molding operations

What We Need

• A senior, hands-on technical leader, not just a production supervisor.
• Someone who understands export compliance.
• Deep knowledge of PVC behavior, troubleshooting, and high-volume molding.
• Exposure in the automotive/electrical plastic space is preferred
