Overview

Zentura Group Mechon International is looking for a creative and tech-savvy In-House Designer to join our Calicut team. This role is perfect for a visual storyteller who balances traditional design principles with cutting-edge AI technology. You will be responsible for defining our visual identity across social media, digital advertising, and internal branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Video & Motion Graphics: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-energy Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos .
• AI Imagery: Utilize advanced AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, or Stable Diffusion) to generate realistic AI images and perform complex AI-assisted edits to enhance visual quality.
• Static Design: Design high-converting social media posts, banners, brochures, and digital advertisements.
• End-to-End Content Creation: Manage the creative process from storyboarding and scripting to final post-production.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual output aligns with the Zentura Group and Mechon International brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign goals into compelling visual assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a professional design or creative agency role.

Video Editing: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Cap Cut (Desktop).

Graphic Design: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator .

AI Integration: Proven ability to prompt and refine Realistic AI Images and use AI for photo manipulation.

Social media: Deep understanding of current trends, transitions, and audio selection for Reels/TikToks/YT Shorts.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of static graphics, video edits, and AI-generated work.

Preferred Attributes

• Ability to work on-site at our Calicut office. Monday Friday, 9 am 5 pm IST, with fixed weekend offs (except event days).
• Strong communication skills to articulate creative concepts.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising on design quality.
• A "growth mindset" with an eagerness to stay updated on the latest design software and AI trends.
