In-House Counsel

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented In-House Legal Counsel to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract drafting and negotiations, as well as experience in advising on legal issues across various business functions. Past experience of handling regulatory matters will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Drafting and Negotiation:
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts related to Wind Industry including Supply, BOP, E&C, Supervision and other contracts relating to SCM, IT, HR etc.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and company policies, while effectively protecting the companys interests.
• Legal Advisory:
• Provide legal advice to various departments on a range of issues, including contractual issues, interpretation of laws, risk management etc.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
• Regulatory Issues:
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes relevant to the companys operations and advise on compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with external counsel as needed on regulatory matters.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including business development, operations, finance, HR etc. to support business objectives while ensuring legal compliance.

Qualifications: Qualified law graduate from a reputed university recognized by the Bar Council of India
