Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager with strong expertise in Cloud technologies and ITIL-based service management. The candidate will be responsible for leading infrastructure and cloud transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, governance compliance, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end infrastructure and cloud projects (On-prem to Cloud migration, data center consolidation, modernization initiatives).

Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Network, Security, Applications, Vendors).

Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Transition).

Drive cloud adoption strategies across platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Oversee infrastructure components including servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and DR.

Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.

Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.

Provide regular project status reports to leadership.

Ensure compliance with security and governance policies.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of overall IT experience.

5+ years of Project Management experience in Infrastructure/Cloud domain.

Strong understanding of:

Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Data Center & Infrastructure Operations

Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)

Backup & Disaster Recovery

Hands-on knowledge of ITIL framework.

Experience in Cloud migration & transformation programs.

Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.

Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow).

Preferred Certifications

PMP / PRINCE2

ITIL Foundation / ITIL 4

AWS/Azure Cloud Certification
