What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

As a Project Lead Growize Projects, you will:

• Own end-to-end execution of Growize farm construction projects from site mobilisation to completion and handover.
• Stay at project sites during active construction phases and move to the next site once the project is completed.
• Lead and manage Project Associates and Senior Associates reporting to you on-site.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Plan project timelines, milestones, and dependencies using Zoho Projects.
• Own project costing, material planning, and budget adherence.
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and attention to detail on-site.
• Track progress, identify risks early, and take corrective action without waiting for escalation.
• Act as the single point of ownership for site-level execution and reporting.

This is not a desk role. You will be on the ground, at the site, leading by example.

Whom Were Looking For

• 35 years of experience in project execution (construction, infrastructure, industrial projects, or similar site-based builds).
• Proven experience leading teams on-site, with associates reporting to you.
• Strong contractor and vendor management experience.
• Hands-on experience with project planning, costing, scheduling, and execution tracking.
• Comfortable using Zoho Projects or similar project management tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay at project sites for the duration of construction.
• Strong ownership mindset, calm under pressure, and execution-focused.

Probation & Performance Review

We are a small but strong core team. We value execution, ownership, and people who take responsibility seriously.

This role will begin with a 3-month probation period. Confirmation into a full-time permanent role will be based on performance during this period.

1. On-time and on-budget project delivery
2. Quality of execution and site discipline
3. Team leadership and associate development
4. Contractor coordination and issue resolution
5. Planning, reporting, and risk management
6. Ownership, communication, and cultural fit
