Infrastructure Manager

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and ensure the seamless IT setup and connectivity for GCC operations when established within Infosys campuses, guaranteeing reliable access to network infrastructure and systems. • Manage the allocation and extension of necessary Infosys software and connectivity licenses, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and meeting the operational needs of the GCC. • Collaborate with internal teams to assess IT infrastructure needs for the GCC setup, ensuring all systems and tools are readily available and functioning. • Coordinate with external vendors to facilitate IT and network setup in off-site GCC locations, ensuring timely delivery, installation, and configuration of hardware and software solutions. • Lead the onboarding process for third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with Infosys standards, security protocols, and network performance expectations. • Monitor and resolve any IT or network-related issues in the GCC setup, working proactively with both internal teams and external vendors to maintain optimal operational efficiency.
