Role: Infrastructure Managed Services Presales

Roles & Responsibilities :

Conduct in-depth technical assessments of customer environments to identify opportunities and challenges.
Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
Create and deliver technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution architectures.
Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team, including product training and knowledge transfer.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmap.
Participate in industry events and conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Must have excellent relations with OEMs and their sales and presales team to get , the best support.
