Job Description

7+ years supporting enterprise IT or workplace platforms, with 5+ years hands on in Microsoft 365.

Strong knowledge of:

• M365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams)
• Entra ID identity, roles, conditional access, MFA
• Intune/Endpoint Manager for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
• Defender for Endpoint/Identity/Cloud Apps
• DLP, compliance, eDiscovery, sensitivity labels
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to operate production environments with high security and uptime requirements.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery.

Desirable:

• Microsoft certifications (MS102, Teams Engineer, Security Administrator).
• Experience with Zero Trust frameworks.
• Exposure to hybrid identity or hybrid Exchange.
• Experience in fastpaced or scaling environments.
