Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the infrastructure. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of the infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design data center technology components. - Assist in building and configuring infrastructure components, ensuring their compatibility and adherence to best practices. - Conduct testing and troubleshooting of infrastructure components to identify and resolve technical issues. - Implement solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of the infrastructure. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions. - Assist in documenting technical specifications, processes, and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wireless Technologies Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Commvault Backup Administration. - Strong understanding of data center technologies and operations. - Experience in configuring and managing network devices and protocols. - Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services. - Understanding of security principles and best practices in infrastructure design. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Wireless Technologies Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
