Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to optimize our data center technology components. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements. - Design and build data center technology components. - Conduct testing efforts to ensure the functionality and performance of infrastructure components. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure components. - Implement solutions to optimize data center technology components. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, Microsoft SQL Server. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM solutions. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in IT service management. - Familiarity with incident, problem, change, and configuration management processes. - Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems and applications. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
