Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with Red Hat OS Administration and Network Analytics to provide a dynamic service to our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and solving issues within multiple components. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles. - Participate in the design and implementation of new systems and upgrades, ensuring system stability and performance. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues, implementing solutions to prevent downtime and improve system reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Red Hat OS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Network Analytics. - Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles. - Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning. - Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash or Python. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
