Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data center infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design data center technology components. - Assist in the implementation and deployment of data center infrastructure solutions. - Conduct testing and troubleshooting of data center components to ensure optimal performance. - Monitor and maintain the health and performance of data center systems. - Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data center technologies. - Assist in the documentation of data center architecture and design. - Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of data center infrastructure. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMware Datacenter Virtualization Architecture and Design. - Strong understanding of data center technologies and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing data center infrastructure solutions. - Knowledge of virtualization technologies and their application in data center environments. - Familiarity with storage, networking, and server technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Experience in scripting and automation. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in VMware Datacenter Virtualization Architecture and Design. - This position is based in Gurugram. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
