Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data center infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Assist in defining requirements for data center technology components. - Design and build data center technology components. - Participate in testing efforts to ensure the functionality and performance of the infrastructure. - Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices. - Provide technical support and guidance to other team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Critical Incident Management. - Strong understanding of incident management processes and best practices. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in incident management. - Experience in handling and resolving critical incidents. - Ability to analyze incident data and identify trends or patterns. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Incident Management. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
