Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions to enhance our data center technology. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design data center technology components. - Assist in building and configuring infrastructure components, ensuring their proper functioning. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions. - Implement solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of our data center technology. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and optimizations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Analytics. - Strong understanding of data center technology and infrastructure components. - Experience in building and configuring data center technology components. - Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for data center technology. - Familiarity with industry best practices for data center technology. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Proactive Hirring is required.
