Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts. Your typical day will involve working with Infrastructure Service Management and ensuring smooth functioning of data center technology components. Roles & Responsibilities: - Assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts. - Ensure smooth functioning of data center technology components. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure services. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud computing technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Experience in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions. - Experience in managing and maintaining data center technology components. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and procedures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in technology or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful infrastructure solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
